Privacy Policy

Thank you for visiting Reyhani Law (“our”, “we” or “us”). We respect your privacy and provide you with this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) to explain what information we collect about you, how we and other companies may use it, and tracking technologies that may be used to collect that information

When you visit and any of our related applications or services, whether existing now or in the future (collectively, the “Properties”) we may collect and store your personally identifiable information (the “PII”) if you make it available to us. This includes, but is not limited to, your first and last name; physical address; contact number; title or position in an organization; occupation; industry; personal interests; and any other information needed to provide a service you requested. We may collect the PII for various reasons, including, but not limited to, communicating with you; posting a comment through the Properties; registering for an event; participating in an online survey; requesting inclusion in an email or other mailing list; and any other business-related reason. You will have the opportunity to agree or decline to provide us with your PII.

In addition, when you visit our Properties we may automatically collect and store information about your computer, mobile device and your activities to enable us to analyze how you use this site. This data includes, but is not limited to, your computer’s IP address, technical information about your computer or mobile device, preferences and settings, your geographic location, the URL of the last web page your visited before coming to our Properties, search terms you have looked up and results you selected, and how long you visited our Properties and the features you used. This information enables us to become more familiar with who visits our site, the frequency of the visits, and what parts of the site they visit most often. We use this information to improve our Properties and the services we offer you.

Some pages on this site may use “cookies” – small files that the site places on your hard drive for identification purposes. A cookie file can contain information such as a user ID to track the pages visited, but the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. These files are used for site registration and customization the next time you visit us. Some parts of the site may also use cookies to track user traffic patterns.  We do this in order to determine the usefulness of our  site information to users and to see how effective our navigational structure is in helping users reach that information. Your web browser may allow you to be notified when you are receiving a cookie, giving you the choice to accept it or not. If you prefer not to receive cookies while browsing our Properties, you can set your browser to warn you before accepting cookies and refuse the cookie when your browser alerts you to its presence. By not accepting cookies, some pages may not fully function and you may not be able to access certain information on this site.

We do not intend to share your PII or other information with any third parties except where you have consented to share such information to a third party service provider working on our behalf to serve you, where required by us to provide you with a product or service, where necessary for analytical analysis of our Properties, where required by law, or where we, in our sole and exclusive discretion, determine it is necessary in order to protect personal safety, the public, the firm, or our Properties.

Reyhani Law strives to protect your PII; however, we urge you to take every precaution to protect your personal data when you are on the Internet.
